The Great American Foodie Fest in Las Vegas

SHARE:

Does the thought of sampling delicacies from some of the best gourmet food trucks in the country get you excited to travel? Then now’s the time to book a trip to the Great American Foodie Fest, happening from April 27-30, 2017 just outside Las Vegas!

This year’s Foodie Fest takes place at the Sunset Station Casino, 1301 W. Sunset Road, in Henderson, Nevada. The event will include carnival rides, a beer garden, and eating competitions, as well as an opportunity to partake of food of every imaginable variety from over fifty food trucks. The vendors found at the Foodie Fest have been seen on Food Network, the Cooking Channel, and the Travel Channel. As many as fifty thousand have attended in past years, and even more may attend in 2017.

Here are just a few of the food trucks you’ll find at this year’s event:

  • Frach’s Fried Ice Cream
  • Q Up Barbecue
  • Nothing Bundt Cakes
  • Dude Wheres My Hotdog
  • The Gorilla Cheese Truck
  • Twisted Potato
  • California Fish Market
  • Aloha Wings

Getting to Foodie Fest is easy — and best of all, the parking is free! If you were to book a coach bus or party bus with Metropolitan Shuttle, it’s less than half an hour away from Las Vegas to the food experience of a lifetime. The same trip would be only five hours in air-conditioned comfort from Los Angeles, or a little over four hours from Phoenix.

Never booked a charter bus before? Metropolitan Shuttle is here to help. If you have a destination and a group size in mind, you’re halfway there already. Your next step would be to contact us for a quote and let us help you pick the right sized vehicle for your needs, whether it’s a twenty-person coach bus, a full-on party bus for forty, or something in between.

We’ll help you work out scheduling, pricing, payment terms, and be there with 24-hour support. You can check out our page on chartering a bus for the first time for more details, or contact us for a quote if you have questions. If you’re considering Foodie Fest for a fun corporate blowout, we even have resources on how to stay entertained during those long trips.

Tickets are $8 ahead of time and $10 at the gate. Food and drink are purchased separately from vendors. You can find out more about the festival, and get a sneak peek at some of the amazing delicacies on display, at the event’s Facebook page. Parking is free — but you won’t need to worry if you book a charter bus with Metropolitan Shuttle.
